Peppe buys the first Mobile Pizza Oven to meet all of his clients's needs and requests. Peppe's clients want to have pizza not only during special and private lessons! The need to have a constant stock of Italian deli and high quality ingredients in Byron Bay gives Peppe the idea to open his own "Bottega".
Peppe's outgoing personality and his famous pizza receive a lot of requests for wedding and party caterings. He goes ahead with this idea and realizes he needs good Italian quality ingredients for his clients to offer not only pizza but also all the other Italian dishes he knows so well.
